Dear Tumblr: Please make tweets easily embeddable for the dashboard, so we don't have to screenshot so much. Please?

This is something we’ve been wanting for months, but the feature isn’t available on Tumblr. So, instead, we take lots of screenshots each day. But just think, how cool would it be if we could simply just paste a link to a tweet and it would show the embed? Pretty frickin’ cool, right? We could Storify all up in this joint without even having to use Storify. However, Tumblr doesn’t support this feature yet, and WordPress and Posterous are Twitter’s launch partners on this latest update. (We’ve tried it twice today, and it’s been pretty cool both times — but not on the dashboard.) As a news blog, this would make life so much easier, and prevent us from having to to use the screenshot feature for reasons we shouldn’t have to. Plus, you could copy and paste the text, and even retweet right from the dashboard! Who’s with us?
